For orders over €50.00, delivery is free of charge. For orders
under €50.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99.

If the goods are available, delivery will take place within 3-5 days. For the box spring bed, the delivery time is 14 days.

For custom-made products, the delivery time can be up to 14 working days. For example, our Nicky bed linen can be made in extra lengths or the duvet cover in the size 200x200 centimetres. The colour combination in the online shop is not binding, nor is it for the basics from Doris Meyer, Lorena and fitted sheets.

Due to simultaneous sales in the shop, it may happen that goods are out of stock and need to be re-produced before they are shipped. Should there be any delays, we will notify you in any case. Furthermore, you can reach us at any time by calling 07474-956025

As a rule, the invoice is enclosed with the package. If there is a direct delivery from production, you will receive the invoice by e-mail.

You can email us or contact us by phone. We will send you a return label by email. You print out the label, stick it on the package and drop it off at Post-DHL
